How do I order?
Choose a piece on this site and press Buy on Etsy. You will go straight to that listing in our Etsy shop, where you can pay securely and track your order.
What are the Christmas order dates?
Custom sizes and colours: by 28 November. Standard pieces to the USA, Canada, UK and Australia: by 5 December. Standard pieces within the European Union: by 12 December.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with tracking. Delivery time and cost for your country are shown at Etsy checkout before you pay.
Can I order a custom size or colour?
Yes. Table runners can be made to your length, and placemats come in more than 20 colours. Message us on Etsy with the details and we will confirm the price and timing.
Can you include a gift note?
Yes. Add a message to your order on Etsy, or message us, and we will include a handwritten note.
How large are the wool blankets?
Our wool throws are 130 × 180 cm (51 × 71 in) and made from 100% New Zealand wool.
How do I wash linen and wool?
Linen goes in the machine at 40 °C. Wool prefers airing and the occasional cold hand wash. See our care guide for details.
